Having analyzed all your activities, we could not help but understand that Mars Akhmetovich Gainutdinov, having once become the man of the year, worthily bears this title and is worthy of this award again,” said Alexander Ivanovich Ageev, Director of the Institute of Economic Strategies, co-founder of the Russian Biographical Institute and the International Man of the Year Award, Doctor of Economics, Professor Ageev.
The rector of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Professor Viktor Martynov, said that he knows firsthand how carefully the company treats employees, how they take care of residents of the areas where work is carried out and, of course, once again noted the complexity of work in the harsh Arctic north. This and much more influenced the assessment and served as a good reason for the selection of experts.
Mars Akhmetovich himself, receiving the award, said: “This award is not only mine, but our entire team’s. All those employees who work tirelessly today in the Far North.”
